I saw this local model on a website called Model Mayhem and HAD to work with her. Redheads have such alabaster skin and I really wanted to capture the texture as well as possible, freckles included. She chose the setting of a local cemetery and I wanted to try a style that was influenced by the Art Nouveau style. I love the lines of her body as well as the fact that she is not the typically perfect hardbody but a REAL woman with a loveliness that outdoes "perfection" any day. Sweet girl too!

I consider myself primarily an illustrator. I never quite fit in with others, so I grew up isolated and found much of my comfort in movies, comic books, music, and books. My artistic influences include fantasy illustrators from the "Brandywine" school of Howard Pyle to the best comic book artists of today. I get my inspiration from such widely diverse sources as the absurd, music, classic movies, myth, pin-up, fantasy literature, and my Catholic sensibilities.
