In October of 1952, Marilyn Monroe made an appearance on the Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy radio broadcast. The episode revolved around Charlie getting married to Miss Monroe, and Bergen's other partner Mortimer Snerd was to be groomed to take Charlie's place. The marriage at last fell through because Charlie was unable to pass the blood test. The results came back as "only sap".
I consider myself primarily an illustrator. I never quite fit in with others, so I grew up isolated and found much of my comfort in movies, comic books, music, and books. My artistic influences include fantasy illustrators from the "Brandywine" school of Howard Pyle to the best comic book artists of today.
